It is important that our eco ethos is at the heart of everything we do here at Gresham Hall Esate.

Each brick of the house at Gresham Hall was fired on the estate itself, and the current owners have tried to carry on that local-first, planet-friendly eco ethos for the 21st century. Whether that’s using the hot tub water to keep the estate’s flowers happy, banning single use plastic or gathering all the fire wood from fallen trees in the grounds. Where there’s a chance to be more environmentally-friendly, we do our best to act on it!

We partner with Scottish Fine Soaps who supply the delightful toiletries in the holiday properties. We also produce honey, jam and marmalade on site. Additionally the sugarbeet and peas we grow on site go to the local factories, keeping our carbon footprint ultra low.

At Gresham Hall Estate, we have also invested in an ecological biomass boiler. It ensures you will be kept toasty warm, with tons of hot water all year round.
